Refund and Returns Policy

Introduction

At SHAJA, we ensure your jewelry is carefully packed and delivered with love. However, if your item is damaged during shipping, we are here to assist with a return or replacement.

Conditions for Returns

* Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged during shipping.
* An unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage. The video must:
* Show the package in its completely sealed condition before opening.
* Clearly capture the unboxing process and the damaged item.
* You must inform us about the damage within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Return Process

1. Notify Us: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 8144497497 or shaja.sparkle@gmail.com
2. Share Video: Provide the unboxing video and details of the damage.
3. Send the Item: If the return is approved, you will need to send the damaged item to the following address:

Please note that we do not offer a pickup service for returns.

Refund/Replacement:

* Upon receiving and verifying the item, we will process your refund.
* Alternatively, a replacement will be sent as per your preference.
Note
* Requests without a clear sealed unboxing video or submitted after 24 hours will not be eligible for returns or replacements.
* Customized or personalized jewelry items are not eligible for returns.
